With a rainwater management system and drainage technique that seamlessly integrates into the aesthetics of the developing, this modern modular housing suite (found on Design Milk) can be placed almost anywhere. Envisioned by Studio di Architettura Daniele Menichini for the accommodation business, project GREEN ZERO has a prefab exterior, a strong stone base, and an eye-catching design and style, inside and out. The aim of such a dwelling is to offer the chance of discovering secret elements of green living, without providing up on the emotional side of a holiday.

The notion is defined by the developers as a “a suite entrenched in a sustainable shell to be installed in the woods, at seaside, in the heart of the countryside, or wherever the landscape permits. The module is conceived as a flat surface bending to form a C — sewn on a single side with thin metal threads — which enables the project to naturally create inside the shell“. Entitled “Naturalmente Chic”, this particular unit pays tribute to minimalism, emphasizing on what lies beyond the windows.
