Courtsey of cincopatasalgato
Jose Roberto Paredes and his team of architects at cincopatasalgato, an architecture-interior-furniture design and style organization in El Salvador, designed this residence entitled “La Piscucha”, positioned atop a hill in San Salvador. The environmentally conscious owners wanted to create a home with a “summer home” really feel, however with contemporary and sophisticated design and style.

La Piscucha was designed with a series of levels organized around the central entertainment location. The major rooms of the residence are oriented to maximize the effect of views of the capital city San Salvador, the mountains, and the Pacific Ocean. Green design concepts were integrated, such as floor to ceiling windows for natural light and ventilation, waste water therapy and separate storm-water remedy, solar panel lighting, and reuse wood for coating outdoors the major area. The final touch: the roof was developed to give the property a “ready to fly” sensation. [Photos and data offered by way of e-mail by cincopatasalgato]
