The property, built in the ’80s, needs a big reform that will do space more spacious and bright. The architect Vanessa Féres was elected by the customer to work and decorate the home.
The first stages of reform were to restore original finishes. The floor was completely replaced while the moldings and woodworks of the walls were preserved and only re-painted. The architect applied burnt cement wall in the main living.
The choice of furniture also prioritized a neutral palette with grays, whites and beige tones providing the basis for more colorful and flashy. On the gray sofa, lush pads bring warmth and joy to the room, like the fixtures and tables. via
