Cape Town shocked a group of beautiful ladies with stunning climate on an early September day for what will be a specific spa expertise. Equinox spa invited us to join in on a day filled with pampering.
We arrived at the Cape Royale Hotel welcomed by staff taking us up to the sky-bar.
Lounging on a deck chair, sipping on sparkling wine and enjoying a 360′degree view of the Mother City was the perfect way to commence a glorious day at the Equinox spa with fellow bloggers, Capetonian celebrities and beauty editors.
Dressed in fluffy cotton gowns and slippers, we made our way to a deck overlooking the V&A Waterfront and Green Point stadium to where we had been treated to a stir-fry bar, sparkling wine, oysters and creamy chocolate truffles.
We had the privilege of meeting Nimue and Theravine skin specialists, providing us advice on skin care and showing us the newest items on the market place.
Theravine showcased their newest solution, the ULTRAVINE ADVANCE – REJUVENATING GOLD COLLAGEN FILM MASK.
I went for a Nimue facial. The result of the facial could be seen the following week. My skin felt new and rejuvenated. My winter skin one thing of the past. We received goodie bags from Equinox spa and in it I discovered the Nimue Sun-C SP40 sunscreen. I have been using it each and every day. It is an remarkable item. Light and protective.
The Tea Merchant’s wide range of teas are refreshing and quite flavoursome. My favourite is the white tea. I recommend you attempt it if you also like green tea.
My final remedy of the day was an OPI manicure. I picked a sea foam green known as “thanks a windmillion” and it looked beautiful.
Thank you to Equinox Spa and Cape Royale Luxury Hotel for a fabulous day of opulence and pampering.
