Citing “the falling leaves of autumn” as her inspiration, Spanish designer Veronica Martinez has made a line of leaf-shaped swings crafted from metal and wood. The hand-sculpted Autumn Leaf (above and below) is created from wrought aluminum, and can be painted in any colour. Leaf Swing is a slightly a lot more stylized iteration, carved from iroko or cherry wood and the elaborate Gold Autumn Leaf, a particular edition, is bronze, plated in 24 carat gold. All swings are created to accommodate each young children and adults, and could be used both indoors and outdoors—though we wouldn’t advise exposing that valuable gold quantity to the elements.
